The Deep Magic Dive

The Deep Magic Dive collection came about haphazardly at the beginning of the year. We followed up on add for a Magic collection, at the time knowing only a little about the game. We have purchased a few magic collections in the past, but nothing of this caliber. The gentleman had these in a closet for years and was looking to part ways. The collection was an impressive amount of vintage bulk, almost 16K worth of cards. But sprinkled throughout were rares like dual lands and reserve list cards from some of the earliest sets. We came to agreement on a number much higher than any magic collection we had previously purchased. There was a level of trust with the seller, and we knew that this original owner collection would probably produce a fair amount of value for the high cost. All in all we add close to a 1000 individual cards to our Ebay store and had a great time processing and learning more about the early history of magic. Both parties were happy and we appreciated the authenticity and integrity of the seller, even if we were going in a little blind!
